About Levi
A builder who shows the wiring.
I'm Levi Banks, a systems consultant in Portland relocating to the Netherlands in late 2026,
so the relocation service is something I'm living in real time, not theory. I run the AI
research on my own hardware, build automation for small teams, and have done freelance
AI-evaluation work since 2024, the engine that funds the research.
"Hekswerk" is Dutch for a witch's work, the kind of thing that looks like magic from the
outside. The actual work is the least mysterious thing I can make it: method published,
scope stated, evidence checkable.
I'm autistic and ADHD, and I live with chronic illness. That's not a footnote; it's why the
practice is built around written artifacts, bounded scope, and systems that don't run on
brute force, for my clients or for me.

The method is public.
The methodology library, how I find the systems hiding in a complex situation, label
evidence, and handle confidence, is open, and the research wing publishes alongside it. You
can read how I think before you ever pay me, or before you trust a single research claim.
